Return Policy

If you're not happy, we're not happy. We gladly accept returns of items that are unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

In order to receive a refund, we ask that your returned items be unworn, unwashed and returned in original condition including all original tags and stickers still attached. Considering the intimate nature of our merchandise, Health Code Regulations prohibit us from accepting the return of packaged underwear, shapewear, and hosiery that have been opened. 

Return steps:

• Please note - all garments must be returned in original condition; including all original tags and stickers still attached.  Thank you!
• Please email us at Info@Fandemics.com for a Return Authorization form.  Send the item you wish to return with the form to:

          Fandemics
          Attn: Returns Dept.
          3 Industrial Court
          Freehold, NJ 07728

• Please include a copy of the packing slip that was in the envelope with your garment, or a copy of the order confirmation email so we can ensure the refund is issued properly. 
• Also, regardless of carrier and method used to ship the item back to us, we do recommend that you obtain a tracking number.

Please note:

• Your refund will be processed once we receive the returned item and confirm that it is in it's original condition unworn, unwashed and with all original tags and stickers still attached.
• Please allow up to 1 week to fully process your return.
• Original shipping and handling fees are not refundable.
• Items returned after 30 days and/or fall outside the return guidelines and will be accepted at our discretion.
